Laundry Room Addition
The house came with a washer and dryer hookup in the back of the kitchen. The plumbing had failed and required a complete replacement. We started with the demolition and updating all of the plumbing and electrical. This wall had additional space behind it as direct access to the electrical panel mounted on the exterior of the home. Fireplace Update
We started with an old brick fireplace that had been painted over in white. There was an old brass trim around the opening. The original chimney damper had rusted out and condition of the flue required a wood burning insert with stainless steel flue pipe. We removed the old brick hearth and expanded the size with marble tile. After that we covered the old brick facing with Shadow Grey LiteStone. Afterwards the new wood burning …
Small Master Bathroom Renovation
We remodeled this small master bathroom by taking everything down to the studs. We ripped out the old vinyl flooring, galvanized plumbing, and electrical. We repaired some water damaged framing, installed new ABS drain piping and PEX water lines, and all new electricial meeting current code requirements.
