We remodeled this small master bathroom by taking everything down to the studs. We ripped out the old vinyl flooring, galvanized plumbing, and electrical. We repaired some water damaged framing, installed new ABS drain piping and PEX water lines, and all new electricial meeting current code requirements. The original bathroom did not have a bathroom exhaust fan, we added a switch and fan venting the space to the roof. The shower was custom tiled with black plumbing fixtures, a stylish vanity and new toilet.
