The house came with a washer and dryer hookup in the back of the kitchen. The plumbing had failed and required a complete replacement. We started with the demolition and updating all of the plumbing and electrical. This wall had additional space behind it as direct access to the electrical panel mounted on the exterior of the home. Additional wiring was ran through this space for future renovations. The framing and window was completed to separate the laundry room from the kitchen. Drywall was installed, sanded, textured, and painted. We installed tile flooring, a door, trim, utility sink and cabinetry.
